Every partner pays us an upfront deposit for calls. That deposit is shown as an online wallet inside your dashboard. As calls come in and our assistants verify each call, we deduct the call price from your wallet balance. When your online wallet balance reaches zero, we will rebill your deposit.
No we do not bill for duplicate calls unless they are outside a 30 day window.
We only bill you for clear calls and both parties need to understand each other.

No, when you’re onboarded into our system we require that you give us your current hours of operation and calls will not be billed outside your service hours.
No, all calls are tracked and we set up your service area prior to billing. Service areas consist of Zip-codes, Counties, and Cities that you want calls from.
No, this is a complete stand-alone service that has no effect on your current marketing efforts. You are free to continue to pay for your own marketing services.
